Bric responded quickly to my questions and very helpful in answering my questions and easy to work with. There were lots of forms and requirements to meet but we were able to move up the closing date and they put out a good effort to get it done. I would recommend them as they were right on top of anything that came up.

Brian, and Abby, were amazing to work with. They were prompt in answering questions, transparent throughout the entire process and made our home buying process a headache free experience. I truly can't say enough about how easy they made everything for us.Brian was extremely knowledgeable and ensured every question we had was answered completely and that there was no confusion about any of it. He exemplifies a strong commitment to instilling confidence in home buyers and it's clear that what he does goes beyond "reading from a script" or just checking off the boxes.Abby constantly followed up with us every step of the way, at one point I believe Brian was out of the office and we had sent him an email with a question and Abby made a point to call us back, not email, to answer our question.
