I was hesitant to work with these folks but it worked out to be one of my better decisions.
I had to supply a lot of documentation, termite reports, financial records, on and on.
I must say that the way they were able to import data was very good and made the process that much better.
All you need is a computer, a printer with document scanning and access to your records and you can get this done. If you are on the fence,, I'd say go for it....you have nothing to lose.
Alex and Samantha did an awesome job in getting the loan for me. There were several unexpected situations in dealing with my case. They both did a terrific job getting them resolved. I would totally recommend them.

It was a long process but worth it in the end.
Veterans United quickly acted upon my request to refi my home. Mr. Magasmen and Mr. Chiles was very professional and up front on the steps that will be taking place. My only complaint would be the amount of money that was taken from my equity. The refi process kept being delayed due to no fault of my own nor Veterans United. Overall I'm very satisfied with the services I reeived.
I cannot think my VU team enough. As usual, the communication was on point. Kendall kept me in the loop along the way. He made my refinancing as easy as possible!

I have had two loans processed through Veterans United and in both cases it was easy and intuitive. The team works very hard to keep things as simple as possible. Having a notary come to the house for signing the final documents is like dessert after a fine meal.
