

I would highly recommend TimTallis and Brenda Kelly. It was a little confusing at first because I didn’t realize that they assigned a “team” to get you through the process. I was probably an annoying customer but they were very patient and helpful. A 10 without question.

Darren, Brennan and team were amazing! I am not always the easiest person to deal with. But, they never faltered. They stayed calm, and dedicated to making sure that I was informed and assisted with every step. At no point did I ever feel alone. They made sure that I knew we were all on the same team and all had the same goal.
I could not have asked anything more from them.


They were always responsive to my calls. Always reassuring us that things are on track while answering our questions with patience and knowledge.

We were asked to furnish documents 4 times. The whole process was abusive. We closed the loan and the next day we paid it off. We will not ever use them again.

My veterans united team was the absolute best from answering my questions to helping me get security for my new home and even checking on me throughout the process they made it such an easy process.

Overall the experience was positive. There were only one or two hiccups with the entire process.
