Kris, our loan officer, demonstrated consistent patience and transparency, and successfully guided us through approval despite my husband’s high DTI ratio. He remained attentive throughout the process, even notifying us personally when the funds were wired to the title company. Alexis, the loan coordinator, provided excellent support by ensuring all documentation requirements were met promptly. The level of service delivered by the entire Veterans United team far exceeded that of our previous lender, Bank of America, with whom we initially had a very poor experience.
