I was introduced to Kyle about a year and a half ago when the market was pretty rough. He helped me get my foot in the door back then, but I ultimately couldn't pull the trigger on anything because prices and interest rate were too high. Every now-and-then throughout the next 18 months, Kyle would check in and I would reach out to him as well for quick updates and questions. I reached out to him in December of 2024 stating it was time to get serious again before my lease at my apartment ended in April 2025. He introduced me to a phenomenal real estate agent, Amanda. Once my wife and I found a house we were interested in, Kyle was very patient with me and informative on the process - step by step. Communication was key and he exceeded at that to help everything fall into place.

It is obvious that my team really care about their job and the customer. They really go above and beyond to make sure every step was smooth and easy. Veterans United might be the best choice for those eligible for VA loans, but I do not think they are a good choice for anyone who may need to obtain a FHA loan.
