From the beginning, communication was clear, responsive, and professional, and we always knew what was needed and where we stood in the process.What impressed me most was how the team handled the challenges that came up right at the finish line. When an unexpected underwriting requirement threatened to delay our closing, Austin stayed engaged, communicated with us directly, and worked with the rest of the team to get everything reviewed and moving again as quickly as possible. We never felt like we were left trying to figure things out on our own.Buying a home is stressful enough, and using a VA loan can add another layer to the process. Austin and the Homefront team made it significantly easier. From day one until closing on my home everyone at Veteran's United were professional, supportive, always there to answer a question, and take the time to explain things in a way that was easy to understand. They worked hard to ensure everything was timely, precise, and with good financial numbers (interest, fees, etc).
I have many good things to say about Veterans United. They were a pleasure to work with, very transparent and timely, as well as going above and beyond to ensure we were updated the second new information was put out. My only concern is mainly my fault, if you’re planning on getting married during the home buying process, put it off until a bit afterwards. If that’s not an option, tell them at the start of the process.
