I was hesitant to work with these folks but it worked out to be one of my better decisions.
I had to supply a lot of documentation, termite reports, financial records, on and on.
I must say that the way they were able to import data was very good and made the process that much better.
All you need is a computer, a printer with document scanning and access to your records and you can get this done. If you are on the fence,, I'd say go for it....you have nothing to lose.
Julian, another outstanding individual. He was great if there was any changes he was in contact with me right away. Nothing ever caught me off guard with him either. He made sure that I understood what was expected of me. I can’t say enough good about this individual this was the easiest Loan I have ever gotten.
