All of the VU representatives were kind, courteous, professional and had that “just right” sense of urgency needed to get the job done. The were all very knowledgeable and helpful in every way as well. The biggest factor for me was the VU mobile app!!! It is by far the most “user friendly” application I have ever used! The realtors given by Veterans United were both bad communicators: one left the state while I was buying a house and stopped communicating, and the other made schedules and appointments without my knowledge or consent. The final real estate agent, Mrs. Kim Winters was very helpful.My loan coordinator was very helpful, but I did not hear from them for weeks in the beginning until it was close to closing on a house.The most helpful person was Missy, the person that helped me with setting up my utilities, mail and Internet, because she got me connected to people when she checked in.It was a very stressful time buying and selling a house. And unfortunately, I did not feel taken care of, or felt like anything was made easy by working with Veterans United. I will not be moving with Veterans United again.
