We’ve used VU twice and a smaller lender once for our three total times we’ve purchased a home using the VA Loan. Will highly recommend them over and over as we haven’t seen many other lenders top their customer service and support throughout the process. We always feel informed and like we’re part of the entire process during each step, whereas other lenders keep to themselves while working on things behind the scenes. Grateful for VU and will always recommend them for VA Loans.
Evan is awesome!!! I was casually looking for the past few years, and finally closed on a house. Throughout the process, Evan would periodically check in to see how I was doing, but I never felt any pressure from him. Super friendly guy and definitely bonded with him well over the years.
He had the the answers I needed and was able to get the difficult things moved along quickly.
Great customer service and wonderful personalities from the loan team, everything seemed to go smoothly with their help.
Brice was fantastic. Very communicative and informative. If he didn’t know an answer to my question, he was quick to get an answer. My realtor even appreciated how he kept her in the loop every step of the way.

The only suggestion........Veterans United should test the knowledge of the Realtor for VA criteria for move in ready houses. Zach Robert’s and team made me feel so comfortable throughout the process. This is our second home we have used Veterans United for and they make you feel like family.
Im a second time customer of VU, overall, both experiences were positive and the whole process was handled quickly and with very little effort on my part. I will continue to use VU for all of my house purchases.

Absolutely veteran friendly. No matter what you need, Veterans United and staff get things done! I'm so happy that I chose VU for my loan and can't wait for future investments with them!
They asked for the same paperwork over and over. They asked for paperwork on things that are not relevant and for things I had already turned in. The staff were impatient and treated me like a nuisance.
