Jeff, Durell, Shelbi and Abbie were all great. We started out with loan officer Jeff, he was great and then he got promoted. Then we got Rich he was a loan officer that we had for a very short time he was horrible, almost made us want to walk away until I called and we got switched over to Durell. She did a great job.
The back and forth with underwriting was slightly annoying, but I understand the need for the back and forth. So overall, my experience with VU was easy and I recommend them.
The back and forth with the paperwork can get a little bit aggravating but how are you going to complain about buying a house with no money down ?
