The overall experience was very good. I had Kody Gilbow as my loan officer and he was phenomenal! The other person that I was dealing with a lot was not very knowledgeable when if came to water requirements and tended to take awhile to get back with me unless she happen to answer the phone when I called. We completed everything and got things done as quick as possible.
Could not have gone better - it was a literally perfect process. If/when I need another loan I will come back to Veterans United.
