Everything went smoothly with a couple minor hiccups. When it came to buying homeowners insurance I was told I was not going to be able to get the loan because the roof was too old, which was not true. I ended up not using any of the quoted insurance companies and used a different one that ended being cheaper anyway. There was also some miscommunication between the title company real, estate agent and loan coordinator causing a delay in signing closing paperwork by one day.
From the beginning of the buying process the Veterans United Team went above and beyond in helping us with the purchase of or new to us Home.
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to any Veteran when trying to buy a new Home.
