I highly recommend veterans united to my friends when needed. Chris Tiongson is the best loan officer. He knows my budget and help me to find my best home options. He was always available to answer my questions and very clear to say what has to be done to have my loan approved. I’m very satisfied with his job.
I really love the way Dane and his team are so responsive. My wife and I felt like we had an open line of communication regarding our needs, hopes, and desires for our home. They did all the rest. Thank you Veterans United.
Felt like I was always in a fight with those I spoke to (when I could get them on the phone) about my loan. At one point was told I was NOT going to close. If I didn't reach out to the home builder myself, I probably would have been thrown to the side.

Casey, Noah, and the team were outstanding! Noah did an amazing job getting me to approval, and Casey drove the deal to close. While the rigor of the VA loan process exceeded every other home mortgage I've ever had, they were a pleasure to work with and made every effort to keep us on track in spite of many surprise requests from the underwriters. My Veterans United team was great to communicate with. Too many times I was told the numbers were estimated based on their process. Once they tweak that process, the other processes and phases will go as planned. The new app is good overall. The mobile friendly views are good for their internal documents unless the document has a table. Hard to read outside government documents at the closing phase. I can not speak for long distance moves.
The whole team was awesome. All very helpful and willing to answer questions.
