This process started out is only a dream. I made a simple phone call from a Google search and ended up with Veterans United, Alberto and his team. What a God send. It is amazing and I am astounded at how smooth they really make the process. Along every single step they knew exactly what they were doing. The smallest of details were taken care of by their team. Veterans have enough to deal with with many returning from war, deployment, and time away from their families. It’s comforting to know that there’s a company out there that looks out for their well-being. Unfortunately, 10 is the highest grade you can grade someone on their scale, in our opinion, they deserve a much higher score. They took a dream and turned it into a reality, and for that we will be forever grateful. I could not recommend this team higher. The process in the beginning was smooth and streamlined. Everyone was helpful and easy to talk to. The closing process, however, had some issues. I had to reach out multiple times with the same questions and double check the answers I was given. My closing numbers were wrong after having said multiple times that I wanted to put money down up front. This caused frustration on both the buyer and selling side. Everyone worked hard to correct the issues but it was not ideal and now requires more paperwork on the backside. Somehow communication broke down on multiple sides at multiple points in the closing portion.
