It is amazing and I am astounded at how smooth they really make the process. Along every single step they knew exactly what they were doing. The smallest of details were taken care of by their team. Veterans have enough to deal with with many returning from war, deployment, and time away from their families. It’s comforting to know that there’s a company out there that looks out for their well-being. Unfortunately, 10 is the highest grade you can grade someone on their scale, in our opinion, they deserve a much higher score. We bought our house in out family trust. It seems nobody knew or agreed on what signatures were need and we had to sign everything twice. We ended up having to sign a whole paragraph for UV while the county only need our Name, Trustee. Very annoying and time consuming for everyone involved.

Everything went very smoothly with no issues whatsoever. At closing the other listing agent even said that she has never had a VA loan go that well without having any issues. She said that the team I had were on top of everything. I must say that I had used Veterans United before and my experience was not the best, but this time I had a great experience and would highly recommend Josie and her team to anyone looking to use their VA loan.
