They explained everything in clear terms and answered every question I had. Their team was very proactive and professional. From the time I chose a house to closing only took about 3 weeks!
Mason made it super easy and straight forward with me and was already answering my questions before I had to ask. Michel was super helpful with giving me resources and providing me with information for the move. Drew was super proficient with timing and the tasks needed for closing. All 3 of them made it a wonderful experience.
I love that they provided so many resources to include the realtor, if you don’t have one, home inspector, movers, even help setting up your utilities in advance. As a previous homeowner, I had most of it covered but it was nice to know they have the resources to help you if needed. They also have a concierge to check in with you to see how things are going and if you have any questions. This is my 4th home and I can say it was the easiest and stress free experience I’ve had. They got me approved right for more than I needed even though my credit took a big hit in recent years. I wasn’t even sure I’d qualify. They really did everything to make this happen and make it easier for me. I have had VA home loans before and it was nothing like this. Thank you all for being so awesome.
