My team never pushed me to rush through anything, and always asked if I ever felt rushed they could slow down. Always explained everything so there was no confusion. And they answered every question I had. If there was anything they didn't know they would look up information before answering to not get it wrong.
My manager did comment on the fact he had to fill out 5 employment verifications. However that aside it was a smooth process.
The whole VU team was awesome to work with, Ben Long was quick and helpful during our first initial contact and pre-approval process. Daniel Roberts kept me informed of every step of the process and was timely on responding to questions and emails. Chris Perkins was a great bonus as our moving concierge.
