Billy was great! He new all the right questions to ask to get my loan approved in a short amount of time & was very prompt handling paperwork & answering the many questions I had. I would definitely recommend Veterans United & Billy. I think Billy did an outstanding job !!! and I appreciate his hard work.


I was disappointed at first but then I became irritated and then just plain mad. There FOUR to many people in this process. None of them knew what was actually happening and most had the wrong understanding of what was expected of them and what the needs of the customer was. I’ve bought over twenty properties in my lifetime while not the worst of the group this was definitely in the bottom twenty percent and I paid you thousands of dollars to do this unexceptionable service to me. I guess I’m to blame for this. No I won’t be putting my name on the line for the group who didn’t take care of there customer. I’m gonna stick to one person deal with one person hold one person responsible. This shot gun affect is a very bad experience.

I really appreciate you sharing this, even though I’m so sorry to read it. Having a confusing or disjointed experience—especially with something as important as buying a home—has got to be incredibly frustrating. You’re right to expect more clarity and coordination from us, and I hate that we didn’t deliver that for you.
It sounds like we put too many voices in the mix and didn’t have a clear enough plan for how to support you. That’s on us. The “shotgun” approach you mentioned isn’t how this process should feel, and I’m sorry it left you feeling like no one was truly owning your experience.

One thing that was upsetting was the interest rate for a VA loan. I know this wasn't my loan officers doing as she was fantastic to work with!

Everything went great working with my VU team. Found an amazing property and closed on the loan in a quick and responsible timeframe. App was easy to use and much communication with the team throughout the entire process. Thanks again!
