Very up front about everything. They were like setting the cruise control on your car, just sit back and enjoy the ride.
Jacob spoke with an extremely high rate of speed, spoke in circles and was way overly smelling commission breath. Never called me to go over the initial closing disclosure, never called me to go over the final closing disclosure. Was sending emails trying to move closing up into the end of August saying “the customers want to move over the long weekend” and get the deal closed before the month end. I sold cars for a decade, this dude belongs in that line of work.
