I want to personally thank Dustin Johnson for everything he did during my home buying process. Rotation was quick to respond to any questions I had. He was patient while walking me through every step of the process to ensure I not only understood what needed to be done, but also explained the importance and reasoning behind every step. If it wasn’t for Dustin, I would have been completely lost during my home buying process. Dustin was able to take so much weight and stress off of my shoulders. If it wasn’t for him working tirelessly, my family and I wouldn’t have been able to have a home to move into after starting the process and closing on a home 3 weeks later.

Ryan, Shelby, Natalie and the rest of the teams was professional and extremely knowledgeable of all the steps to go from contract to closing. I have bought many houses due to moving for work but this was the first time I used Veteran’s United. The experience with VU far exceeds any other mortgage company I have used. While I hope this is the last house I buy for a long time, if I do then I will 100% use VU again! My realtor even made the comment at closing that they are one if the few that answered the phone, email responses extra fast and a great experience to work with. Thanks again, we are loving our new home!
The process was amazingly simple. They send you paperwork, and if you review it and sign off on it as soon as they send it to you. You'll find you will always be on track with your closing date. The only negative I can remotely think of is the amount of emails between my realtor and Veterans United was a bit much at times. However, seeing as how easy Veterans United made it, I think this is a minor inconvenience at best. Veterans United got me set up and into a house in a month and one week at most. The process was quick and efficient and I'd gladly work with them again.
