The process was very smooth and without any problems.
All of the staff associated with my loan process were excellent. The concierge services was a plus the loan agent and staff were prompt and quick to answer any concerns that I had. The easy to use app worked great for me to load documents or receive documents that I needed to sign. The to-do list within the app let me know exactly where I was in the process so I had a little questions. Overall, a very good experience with everyone I came in contact with including personal that might have been filling in for someone out that day. If I choose to buy another home. I will most definitely use veterans unit again.

I which you would had offer me the better offer from the begging. I had to get a different bank to encourage the better offer from this organization, even after already being a customer.
