I would not recommend using Veterans United because throughout the home buying process it was hard to get ahold of my team. On most occassions i would call and leave a message and wouldnt hear back for days, if at all.
Besides the communication difficulty i thought Wes Dyer and Dylan were great. They are polite and very helpful. I wasnt a fan of Brandon, He was kinda rude, made a number of mistakes, and from my persepective, just didnt seem to care about me.
I can not stress enough how effective and smooth the process was with you guys. Thank you so much for being a part of this very important milestone for us. Thank you for everything.
