We’ve used VU twice and a smaller lender once for our three total times we’ve purchased a home using the VA Loan. Will highly recommend them over and over as we haven’t seen many other lenders top their customer service and support throughout the process. We always feel informed and like we’re part of the entire process during each step, whereas other lenders keep to themselves while working on things behind the scenes. Grateful for VU and will always recommend them for VA Loans.
Nathan Corley and the team at Veterans United are Awesome!. Great communication, ease of process and total transparency are their hallmarks. This was my second experience buying a home through VU after trying someone else, and when things got difficult, they showed their expertise. I personally will never start anywhere else again after dealing with Nathan and his team!

My team (Jeremy and Jordon) were outstanding. The purchase of my house was contingent on selling my old house. Well, the buyer kept changing the date she wanted to close. Jeremy and team were very flexible during the situation-often my phone calls were just to vent on my frustration-they always listened and talked-until I returned to my center. If they were on the phone with another client-they always returned my phone calls. Just can’t get customer service like this-they are here to help-not blow smoke up your behind
The end result was worth the effort with a significant savings in monthly mortgage payment, but holy smokes was this a painful underwriting process. Being a realtor and real estate investor for most of my adult life, I have been through many, many (think- hundreds) mortgage underwriting processes. This was absolutely grueling. That said, the people are wonderful to work with, very helpful and the platform for document sharing / uploading and tracking progress is very intuitive.
My entire team, was extremely helpful and courteous. The only people I talked to was Paul Farnam and Allison. Super kind people. At the end or near the end of everything they even sent my wife and I a little doggie box with treats n toys. Highly recommend, wonderful team
