Truly felt special. The whole entire process was essentially seamless. They really care about you all the way through each and every member has been wonderful to work with. I say 10+.
They even cared about our dogs and I sent them pictures of the dogs again just like Family. It really felt warm and inviting Abby and Sarah and anybody else that was filling in when those gals were out at work but I’m pretty special. They kept us on track and helped us feel confident about everything that was being done and we just could be happier. I just don’t know if there are enough words to describe how we feel standing here, writing this review in the middle of our beautiful home that’s full of boxes to unpack by the way, but that’s OK. The reward was being able to put the key in the door and open it up and call At Home thanks to the special Veterans United Team.
Everyone involved in this process were extremely helpful, transparent, and always willing to answer my many questions. Thank you all for helping make our dream come true!

Things went acceptionally well once Jaclyn was brought on board to help expedite the process and I'm happy with the results and when the owner tried to convince me to pay HOA for the month that I didn't even own the property yet, Jaclyn stepped in again and corrected him. So technically they are still with me and you just can't put a price on that.

I highly recommend Veterans United. Having dealt with other mortgage lenders I can tell you they are the most knowledgeable when it comes to the VA Loan process. Even if you have undesirable credit; they have a team that coaches you on how to build it back up. You never have to worry about being embarrassed because there is no judgement. They really there to help. Although there is a lot of running around and document requirements in the beginning, I can assure you it is for a good reason. They are very thorough therefor making sure there are no surprises when it comes to closing.
Hard to put into words how outstanding Veterans United is. Nick Holman, Melissa Steingrubey, Delaney White & Brock were all friendly, responsive and extremely knowledgeable. It was my first time buying a house and when I would talk with Nick H. about all the details, he was extremely precise and honest, it was like talking to someone I knew my whole life.10 out of 10 and I will recommend Veterans United to everyone I can.
