Hello, let me just say. I had tried many times as a 100% connected veteran in the past to get qualified through other loan officers, without any luck. When I met Brandon, he made me feel confident, he made me feel immediately as though I could actually get qualified by just following what it is he tells me to do. For that reason, I followed his advice and now my wife and I are now in a home after years of trying to get qualified. Brandon, and his team are the best lender team I have ever come across. It's only the 3 month rule of the termite inspection being expired when California allows 4 months... and being really picky on items needing fixing when it is hard enough to get a Veteran a home in a sellers market as the Bay Area mostly is.
