I had an amazing experience with my veterans united team! Josh, Sarah and everyone involved were very attentive, responsive and with this being my first purchase of a home ( and not having a clue what the process would look like) they guided me every step of the way. The portal was easy to navigate for any documents i needed to provide.
Everything worked so smoothly there was no way it could have been improved. Contract to closing could have been done in 24 days, but had to wait for my attorney. Jon and his team are superb at this, and EVERY VETERAN should use Veterans United!

Hands down the best decision I made when it came to buying my first home. As a first time home buyer I was worried about a number of things, and my Veterans United team took away that worry and gave me the confidence I needed. From personal phone calls walking me through the process to an easy VA website interface, I would recommend to anyone who qualifies to go through Veterans United for their home buying process.
Everything went very smoothly and I appreciated some of the concierge offerings. The agents and specialists were all very helpful and not worn down. Always able to return a call or answer any questions I had.My only downside was that the underwriting had forgotten to add the transfer tax to the closing costs until literally the last day, adding an additional 50% to my total closing costs which is HUGE. If this were local to Vermont only, I could maybe understand, but this is done in the vast majority (minus 13 states) of the country. The closing costs were very important to me since they were where all my money went!Otherwise, no other problems communicating, getting a hold of anyone, and I dealt with fairly happy people the whole time!
I would recommend the VA loan to every veteran looking to purchase a home! Thank you!
