This is the second VA loan I’ve taken through VU and the reason is because of Mike Patzius. Mike helped on my first loan and he stayed in touch afterwards offering different advice on my loan and how I could optimize it. So, when it came time to get another VA loan, there was no question about who I would call for help. Mike took great personal care of this time and I would have no problem recommending VU to any veteran.

The constant support by VU entire home buying team and their follow ups was great. I know some of the office work goes on every day once the work order gets there, but letting me know helped with the anxiety of buying a home. I felt it made me central to the process.
