Please understand the closing/title company procedures before you decide to use VU as your lender. They do not use a physical company, which delays the process and also adds many unprofessional aspects into the process. I met in a library to sign my documents with a notary public (no one from the bank was present) and I still do not have copies of the documents I signed nearly 2 weeks ago. The document signing was supposed to occur at my own home, which I did not allow for many reasons.
Will is an outstanding loan officer. very helpful and knowledgeable and kind.
Second time costumer and planning on using their services for our next home loan.
