What a great company, with the most respectful, wonderful people that will take a few minutes and listen to whatever is on your mind. Just as if they were old friends in a catchup conversation. I am a retired federal employee who is not always computer informed let’s say. So I needed lots of help in sending the forms to them. They were always there for me or patient and answered my questions promptly.
The whole experience was very positive and I felt confident that everything would go through okay. The MyVeteransUnited website was very helpful. My spouse and I were updated on each of the things that we needed to sign or to do on the website. The loan officer was always there for us. If we needed help or had a question, we were able to find out the answer right away. We were guided through the whole process which made it a very positive experience.
