I’ve had several loans during my life. The experience I had dealing with VAU, was unbelievable. Their professionalism and friendliness, of the way they handled my loan request, was so accurate and precise I had no issues with the whole process. They were consistently staying in contact with me with updates regarding my loan request.I want to personally thank Kari, Alec, and specially Kollin for the “EXTRA “ help they provided above and beyond their normal duties. The whole team worked very hard to process paperwork and explain the process of how the loan is being worked and why requests for information were made. Communication was great, VU was always available if I had questions and always asked if there was any thing I needed. Overall, great job by the team I had at VU.

There have been horror stories about the home buying process with Veterans. My DREAM TEAM never left me uninformed; provided additional resources; included my family to ensure they knew what to expect and asked if they had questions. The inclusion for everyone was key, since I couldn't be present, due to my deployment. With the underwriter, Levi, another Veteran - he understood the assignment and my TEAM, did just that - ACED IT!!! They come highly recommended!!
