Easy process, up front realistic quotes and superb customer service.
So far my only issue is the Title Company. I wish I would have been given the opportunity to use the Title Company in my city. I feel like the one used is slow with releasing funds and I called them and had to leave a message but have not recieved a return call.
With that being said, I highly recommend my loan officer Kelly Bivens. This is the second time she has helped me with a VA loan and the process went very smoothly both times. Melissa S was also extremely helpful. Thank you again to both.

Not only did Derek listen to all of our concerns he took the time to answer all our questions. We ran into some crazy uncommon issues and his team handeled it all and went above and beyond to make sure we didn't worry or stress out. They were so attentive and involved in everything.
