When we had to put a pause on shopping due to the credit setback they checked on me and gave me pointers or advice on where to go next. We hit the greenlight again November 2025 and i found this home end of January '26. Crystaline made the process easy and smooth with the offer and paperwork throughout the 2 month closing period.

This is my first house and I had no idea how how many moving parts there were. Starting with Brad, then Jamie, and finally Chad, the entire process was well explained and fairly easy to follow.
