It cannot be understated how amazing and helpful Sam Brown and C.J. Snook are.I've been with Navy Federal for 13 years. My experience with with them, for some reason, was atrocious. I was pre-approved all the way up to a week before closing and I got a decline and had no communication with my loan officer there. At that point, I reached out to Veterans United and was connected with Sam and C.J. To say it was a night-and-day difference is an absolute understatement.Sam Brown absolutely changed my life and ensured I had the steps laid out in front of me to ensure that I was able to move into my dream home. My entire team was so helpful and a pleasure to work with. Truly, they went above and beyond to help me as a first time homebuyer through the process. Seth Wilmes and Melissa Logston quickly answered any and all questions regarding the loan and underwriting process. My home buying concierge, Tessa, also proactively reached out and provided so many resources to help with the moving process. And my realtor Tanya Harris and her business partner Lisa Ginter far exceeded my expectations. They helped me find a home in the locations I most wanted to live in and made buying a house as an out of state buyer feel like I was right there in person. As it will take me a few weeks to move in, they also assisted in adding a new lock to my door, providing a neighbor contact for monitoring, and are still helping watch over my property as I await to move. I know this is more than they were obligated to do and I am so thankful for them! I could write an essay about the experience, but mostly I just want to express how thankful and impressed I am and I would recommend this team to any veteran I know looking to buy a home in the future.
