The VA app was great. So easy to check the to do list and submit the required information. Reviewing all the documents was also much more convenient with the app. The team was great to work with. Any of our questions or concerns were handled quickly. We are very satisfied with the process and how quickly we were able to get the loan and have the closing.

Everything was great from the moment I first reached out. People were quick to get in touch and share information with me, connecting me with the team I needed to find a house. Communication stayed quick and easy throughout the whole process.

All in all. Working with veterans united gas been an absolutely awsome and expedited experiance. We spent 2 years working with empire whatever the company is and dude named micheal just drug us around and kept dragging feet. We called veterans united and got done in 4 weeks what took us almost 2 years with the other company. So theres that. And huge shout out to Justin waddel ( our loan officer) and Stacey Baker (our realtor. ) you two were absolute badasses in helping us get through this. The home is beautiful and we appreciate you both so very much. Thanks again and when the time comes in the future for us to sale. We will defiantly be hoping to work with you both again.

I can’t imagine dealing with any other loan officer. Chase was always ready to answer any questions that we had. He made sure that we knew exactly where we were at in the loan process and what the next steps would be. We had the support of him and his entire team. We are so thankful luck for them all.
