Too many hoops to jump through for the underwriter. I used rocket about three years ago and it was nothing like that.
Scott and Derrick made it clear that they were personally invested in our plans. It made a difference to them whether we got a good deal or not.
The experience was good and I was glad to lower my monthly payment. I do think however the amount of closing costs on a refinance, or at least mine, seemed to be really steep. I know your purpose is to make money but would be nice to see those costs be made more affordable or not have have such a long lasting impact.
