Every step was detailed and explained in ways we could understand. The patience, understanding, and commitment was/is so amazing. Austin and the team were absolutely amazing. All of them were consistently checking in to make sure we were happy with the process and always had the answers to any of my questions. Nikki Cravens‑Howard Was the only person I had an issue with, she was distant and I constantly felt as if I was a bother when dealing with her. She did not respond when needed and passed me off to others again making me feel as though I were not important enough to deal with. Every other team member I dealt with were a 10+.
