To be quite honest, I was totally blown away by the team that worked my project. I had a bad experience with the original real estate agent, and that was quickly resolved, without question. From the moment I was assigned to Samantha all the negative feelings evaporated. She was absolutely brilliant in what she did. She guided me through the process without complaint, giving me enough information to soothe the savage beast within me, and she answered my questions with professional competence, fully and without exasperation, even when my own questioning got a bit sideways. At not time, at all, did I ever wonder about the team. Not one moment, which for me, is unusual. I give them and the entire VU organisation my highest marks!
Zach, David Megan and Shelby were amazing!! They were very thorough explaining the process and answered any questions we had. I appreciate Zach and David so much for keeping my husband and in the loop on the process. Megan was on top of any request we had including providing resources for our utilities and Shelby did a fantastic job setting us up with our home insurance!!
In the beginning I didn't think we were gonna make my it but our Team especially Karlie Clark she seen us threw the good and Bad especially the ugly. Karlie Trenton Stephanie were Firm but great it took work to get us threw closing makes you really appreciate the American Dream we are happy My Wife happy and that's what makes it special owing my own Home only was possible because of this team 10 stars to Karlie Clark

At first I was nervous about the "team" concept and having to work with multiple people but how VU moves you through the phases of the home buying process and you shift from one team member to another flowed seamlessly. My team was absolutely amazing!Bryce getting everything started as my loan specialist, Chris who helped pushed me in the right direction and answered all of my questions,
Ryan who helped get the loan across the finish line and was extremely helpful in explaining the entire financing process when I was extremely curious, to Megan who helped wrap up the final after list to do's to help make my move in process as seamless as possible.
