I had an Amazing experience with Veterans United!!! From the beginning getting my credit in order, to the end when I finally closed! Everyone was extremely supportive and kind and helpful!
My Veterans United team was great to communicate with. Too many times I was told the numbers were estimated based on their process. Once they tweak that process, the other processes and phases will go as planned. The new app is good overall. The mobile friendly views are good for their internal documents unless the document has a table. Hard to read outside government documents at the closing phase. I can not speak for long distance moves.
The whole team was awesome. All very helpful and willing to answer questions.
