From Start to finish Don was on it. He was responding to my texts late at night and on weekends. I never waited longer than 24 hours for any kind of response. The company gave me a 5 dollar gift card to Starbucks, so if you're a client and it seems like a just touching bases email respond to it.
For my situation things were slow to move but the lady's who helped me were truly amazing and so understanding and helpful.
