From the start, I was informed what I needed to do. VU kept in touch with me and stay the course with improvements needed. VU is very supportive and awesome team.
I had to submit multiple documents more than once. I also kept having to submit documents from my other loan through the same company. It was ridiculous

At that time my wife and I were on a trip, so I gathered some quick info, and explained to Lauren that I would be in touch after our trip. She listened and let me reach out to her once we were back home. Once we got started on the loan process, it could not have gone smoother. Talking to Lauren didn't feel as if we were talking to a stranger, but a friend. She was there any time and any day we needed her. Lauren is extremely professional, but at the same time, laid back and fun to work with. She is outstanding!!!
