Nico, Kris, Jessie and everyone else were so amazing in helping us with our home buying process. With this being our first home everything was so daunting and they made it as smooth as possible to help each step of the way!



The whole team treatment was amazing for helping us from the application process all the way through the actual moving process. Having the additional assistance to get the best home insurance coverage was also a benefit and removed one more matter from the chaos of moving. We were moving only a couple miles away from our current location, so the concierge services did not apply to us so much, but I can imagine it would be a godsend for someone moving across the country.

Veterans have been forgotten in this country and I am so glad there are those who recognize the importance of making their lives important again. Thank you

Veterans United has been the best team to deal with for my home loan. From the moment I called and spoke to Cameron I felt comfortable with the person and later the process. I wasn't talked down to or treated like a child but things were explained simply and efficiently. I am very happy with the process and HIGHLY recommend Veterans United to every service member I talk to, even my son-in-law!!

My experience with Veterans United was awesome! Everything went smoothly with minimal wickets to get through.

I really liked Annie a lot. She was a great coordinator. The reason I'm saying I would not recommend Veterans United is because I don't think that nationwide policies work well in rural areas. I feel that if we had sat down and talked with a local lender, we would have been more aware of a few things that hung us up. In a rural area, people need to have a local banker who has connections. I regret not going with our original planned lender. This purchase was much more difficult than any in the past. The other thing that bothered me was as a co-borrower, I am signing my name to a huge financial liability as well. Everything was always directed at the veteran, which I appreciate. However as a co-borrower, one can feel a little marginalized.

I can understand how working with a lender who’s more connected to your local area might seem like it could’ve been helpful, especially in a rural market.
