What a great experience! They make it so easy with the app. No more having to fax tons of pages of information, just take a photo of the necessary documents and upload them. The app “to do” list keeps your tasks at your fingertips. The staff we dealt with were kind, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. There were some things that we wanted to know when interested in a house and we didn't get that info. Our daughter and son in law went VA loan and they h ad all their info before purchase. I would never use Veterans United again because of that. The people were great and helped us understand the process as being new home buyers.
