Brian and his team were great. There were some moving goal posts, and VU flexed and explained the details along the way. While I was asking questions, I never felt like I was annoying, and I never felt like I was in the dark. Brian explained the process in the depth and level of detail I needed.
I greatly appreciated the flexibility as I sought and discovered my best home. I looked in 3 different states. The whole staff was very supportive.
