My Team was really wonderful to work with answered all my questions and helped me even when i was overseas great job

This is my second home financed though Veterans United and I am very happy with the process and the entire staff.

I have used Veterans United for 3 home purchases, and every transaction has been flawless. Courteous, knowledgeable, and professional.

Nathan and the Veterans United Team are amazing from start to finish. If you are a Vet this should be your first choice for a mortgage.

I started my loan process with Navy Federal since I already bank with them. However, seemed I could never get a call back immediately when I had questions. Then I tried Veterans United midstream, simply put, Daniel understands our language and veteran culture. He was proactive, spoke with clarity and most importantly made the process efficient with immediate text messages to questions or phone call. The rest of the Veterans United team was an added bonus. If Daniel and the team are standard practice, then any veteran would be mistaken to use any other lender than Veterans United.Bravo Zulu Veterans United, especially Daniel.

Thing could not have gone any better.

I would have appreciated a little bit more conversation regarding the loan terms and limits. Specifically, we increased our offer in order to ask for closing costs, and then the appraisal came back and the seller couldn’t cover closing anymore because the loan only covered the value of the house. It was an unwise choice for us to even try to negotiate that way and ended up being a very harrowing final week as we scrambled to find money to cover closing. This could have been prevented if the agent and loan team had just advised us to expect to pay closing from the start. Also, since the point of VA loans is to offer loans that don’t require down payments, it would make sense for them to also be willing to cover some of the closing costs within the loan, considering I have to pay it back regardless.
