From the moment we started my application, he was warm, kind, and extremely knowledgeable about the process, and that is something I did not experience at the many other lenders I previously worked with. He is patient, takes his time when researching, gives you suggestions on how to make your case stronger, and all his advice actually yielded positive results for me. Things can get challenging during this process, but with everyone's positive attitude and expertise, it makes the process much more tolerable. They definitely know what they're doing at Veterans United, I wish I would have found them sooner. They're very organized and meticulous about the entire process, but make it easy for you to understand and follow along. Overall, the process was incredibly smooth. The initial process with V.U. started about 9 months ago, and the whole team was understanding of my needs throughout the process.
