This process started out is only a dream. I made a simple phone call from a Google search and ended up with Veterans United, Alberto and his team. What a God send. It is amazing and I am astounded at how smooth they really make the process. Along every single step they knew exactly what they were doing. The smallest of details were taken care of by their team. Veterans have enough to deal with with many returning from war, deployment, and time away from their families. It’s comforting to know that there’s a company out there that looks out for their well-being. Unfortunately, 10 is the highest grade you can grade someone on their scale, in our opinion, they deserve a much higher score. They took a dream and turned it into a reality, and for that we will be forever grateful. I could not recommend this team higher. Thank you, Alberto, Subah, and Evan for your integrity. That's the word I have for VU - Integrity. I found a beautiful FSBO and Alberto walked me through the whole process from start to finish. Just a simple list of "to-dos" on their amazingly user-friendly site and 50 days later, I have my home. I am on fire for Veterans United because of how they treated me - Integrity, all day every day. I would still recommend but this buying process was the most stressful transaction I have ever had. Staff not answering on closing day. Then documents not provided until the day of closing. Very poor communication. Very upsetting as the last transaction I had with veterans united was so wonderful that this one feel so short.
