He originally helped guide us through the process when we were planning to purchase our home, but due to lender issues outside of his control we had to postpone and come back about six months later. It did not manner if it was phone, message, or email; they were there quick. Also made sure I got a worthy deal on my property which was no small task. Shout out to Mrs. Stratman, cause after the hard work getting me the property, she contacted me when a lower interest rate was available for me. There I was thinking their job was done after I purchased home, my was I wrong.
