Going through the mortgage process can be stressful and overwhelming, but Miles somehow managed to make the entire experience feel much easier and a lot less intimidating.
One of the things we appreciated most about Miles was his patience. We had plenty of questions throughout the process, and not once did he ever make us feel like we were asking too much or bothering him.
