Our loan officer needs a raise! What an awesome experience we had dealing with Bryan Walther. I never waited more than 12 hours for a response to a voicemail. Had long conversations explaining steps and answering questions long after normal business hours. He knew his job well and if he didnt know , he knew who would and retrieved that information post haste I will definately recommend Veterans United to others, so they can have a very stressless experience. This was the worst home buying experience ive had in my 53 years. There were not stop issues and poor customer service. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this group.
