He helped us navigate the negotiating process seamlessly. He was personable but professional. He was unbiased in every showing he did, he allowed us to look around and answered questions when we asked but never pushy.Our loan coordinator Brendan Lindsay was extraordinary. He pulled every string imaginable to get us the loan we needed to purchase our home. He went out of his way many times to obtain every document needed so that underwriting would approve our loan. He really did make buying a home look too easy.We will be forever grateful for our team at VU ❤️
The team was awesome! This was the first time I bought a house, and being active duty I wasn’t able to get away to see it. The team made it super helpful and provided me everything to enable a smooth and seemingly stress free move.
Jamie did an outstanding job. He was helpful from the very beginning all the way through closing. He answered all my questions. He worked seamlessly with my realtor and got everything done in a very timely and organized manner. I highly recommend anyone that is using a VA loan to contact Jamie, he is the best. Another person that we worked with was Amanda. She kept things flowing and made sure that we had all of the documents. Awesome person to work with and in general the whole team made buying a new house a breeze.

I would highly recommend Veterans United for buying a home. I never thought that I would be able to get a home because people I know talked about how hard it was to purchase a home. From the first phone call to my loan officer to the closing on our home, everything just fell into place because of not just the expertise of my loan officer Fahad Abdul, but his friendly and cordial manner and interest in me as a person made the whole experience a very good one. I never thought that I would be able to own my own home but they made it possible. From finding the best way to get you in a house, to getting the right realtor for you, they are on point. We are celebrating Christmas in a house of our very own thanks to Veterans United!
This was my 2nd loan closing with VU. My 1st loan officer Billy Watkins was the absolute worst person I've ever worked with, so I switched to Navy Fed for my next mortgage. I seen Mr Watkins was no longer covering my area so I decided to give VU another chance. I'm glad I did, Ross and Rachel were the best.
