My team at Veterans United "held my hand" through the intire process. I knew very little about this whole process being a first time hime owner. At times, i needed to take things slow and go over some steps at a slow pace so I didnt miss anything. Being a vet with ptsd, this began to get overwhelming, but my team took extra time, talked slowly and clearly to ensure I was fully aware of every detail. We started with another lender because of issues with builders proffered lenders and the issues with lenders completely ended. The builders agents tried to create drama but every time we got in touch with Kevin and Jared it was under control and they had the paper trail to support the fact the builder and his agents had manufactured or lied about something and tried ti blame it on our non preferred lender. We leaned on Kevin and Jared and they surpassed expectations.
If I said anything it would be that David is the best.I can't thank him enough for working with me.
