Team was awesome and for a first time buyer they quickly dispelled every bit of nervousness I had with fast replies to my questions over text while also making this a much easier process than me and my wife believed it would be. App was incredibly helpful in keeping tasks organized and letting us know what to do next. Had a very pleasant experience which is a stark contrast to how first time buying experiences went for some friends that went through local lenders.

Communication was very poor towards the end in the beginning great but by the end we had no clue what was going on.

Very difficult process turned simple because of a great team.





First and foremost, Thank you all! Second, I'm glad it's over! At 55, this is my first home purchase. The first home I went under contract with was not so great, but I lay the blame on a shifty seller and an even shiftier seller's agent! Lesson learned. Regroup and got it done right the very next house with a new agent (Christi) I believe picked by Nicki & facilitated by Nicki & Rachel. In the end you all got me into the home I wanted so thank you!


Timothy was transparent throughout the entire process. I heard bad things about Veterans United before, but I am not disappointed in the service I received. The team assisting my wife and I were a great example of what a loan team should be. They gave me a great impression of Veterans United.
